Hello from Astro!

After years of not taking care of my website, I decided it was time for a complete re-write. I chose to do it with Astro, as it seemed to provide the right balance of simplicity and customization. Initially, I just migrated the old version of the site without changing the style or pages, but I felt afterwards that it would be nicer to start with a clean slate.

Overall, the process has been very smooth, given that the Astro documentation is really well written and that the overall enthusiasm for Astro means that most questions are addressed already.
